Recently, the green check and red crosses disappeared on their own. Before using any website there used to be green check marks and red crosses informing me if a particular web is safe to visit or not. I am paying almost $90 per year which can be a little expensive. I just want my money back, after 4 months this is ridiculous ! I was told it will take 3 weeks to appear in my bank account, 4 weeks later - nothing…Īnd when you do pay, they just want to constantly advertise and fear monger you into getting more products… and the people that can only use email (and not phones) don’t actually reply to emails as it’s not “policy”. Read more staff email threads - probably about 15 emails total… no one can help… the people that “can help” do not have phones apparently and I cannot speak to them directly. Ok, so we have 30 days to raise this and apply for a refund (which I have), two international phone calls of about 1.5 hours and 4. ![]() Ok, I understand when you sign up for a free trial you have to give your credit card details… it’s a business…and had I been happy with the product I would have continued using and paying.īut when you have “managed subscriptions” so that future debits will not be made from your account, and then your credit card also expires - you really shouldn’t expect to see two debits made for a total of $175… should you !! ![]()
